Will Melton created his company, Melton & Co., LLC, primarily to provide consulting services to private ventures in the areas of program management, financial resource management, human resources, signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, and systems acquisition with a strong focus on the Defense and Intelligence sectors.  He also envisions assisting Intelligence Community agencies and Department of Defense elements and as an independent contractor.
